Welcome back! Very good advice, and sometimes personality types will have a person hold back while the more aggressive/excited players leap out in front. I saw it happen this weekend at a game. One player was in front, should be doing the listening and opening, but because this player wasn't very vocal, other players were doing all the action. I tried to let the more excited ones know that the quiet person should have a turn and even had my character comment on that in-game. It worked, the quiet player started to do more and get more involved and, I think, have fun.
