I am heavily against names that spoil, because now that the idea of the bomb has been broached players can no longer reason check for a bomb even if that was their original intent. In a sense, knowing the game before hand alters how you will act, for good or bad. Metagaming, fear of being called a metagamer, all this can change your game and your players reaction. Of course, this can always be a good thing and you can make it work for you if your careful, but the danger is there.

Another comic book appropriate solution to the "no theme" problem is to add epilogue/prologue, as in "Til Death Do Us Part: Epilogue." Comic book epilogues often have very little to do with the story that preceded them...

I also like this idea; makes it something akin to a comic book, or the chapters of a dramatic novel? Depends on how complex your "Chapter" is going to be? But it does split your game into "Episodes" convenient for a single gaming session!
