Darkened the text color and changed sidebar links so they show as “visited” so you can tell which posts you’ve read recently and which you haven’t. Still need to fiddle with the sidebar font size…

I’m a big fan of black on white and other high contrast text. However, you’ve actually got is a more medium-dark grey on white, which isn’t aa easy to read. Specifically, you’ve got #444 as the text color, which is either 75% black or 25% white depending on how you think about it. It’s a popular color scheme for reasons I don’t really fathom, but it’s not pleasant for serious reading. Could you considering darkening it?

Eh, I’ll always be a detractor of white and other bright colors for backgrounds. Tend to hurt the eyes.

Not that it affects me though since I read your blog in syndication and my reader’s format is just how I like it.

I like the new format. Entries are definitely easier to read.

The Posts by Category could probably be bumped up a couple px, though. Right now, they are very tiny which makes it difficult to find a specific post if you want to read it again.
