		<description>I wonder if shticks can be used for action points like setbacks and complications. Sure you could fight the villain outside the burning building so you don&#039;t need to worry about the heat effects. But it is much cooler to fight him with the building falling around the characters. The GM can force this of course, but it would be a dramatic moment that one could reward the cooperating player for.</description>
